I wanted to share some of our insights on emerging work innovating and enhancing new customer loyalty programs through tokenization and data analytics. Tokenization of customer loyalty programs not only creates an ecosystem to increase your customer life time value but also allows you to keep and know more information on transactions and behaviors creating your own first party platform. Singapore Airlines has been an innovator in this space and we illustrate this in the piece.
